Taylor R. Ealand is an Associate Attorney with Raimondo | Miller with a practice in employment and business litigation, with a particular interest in privacy law and healthcare. He has experience defending hospitals, doctors, and other medical professionals in civil matters and assisting businesses with their legal needs. This experience directly allows Taylor to assist the firm in employment matters, including wage and hour claims, PAGA claims, Workers’ Compensation claims, discrimination (age, gender, sexual orientation), harassment, general negligence, breach of contract, contract enforcement, wrongful death, and premises liability claims.
Before joining Raimondo | Miller, Taylor interned at a well-known local law firm and then joined a boutique firm specializing in medical malpractice defense. While in law school, he worked for a local small business handling confidential patient data and ensuring medical providers promptly had up-to-date information in their electronic medical records. Additionally, he has years of experience in the information technology and education sectors.

About Taylor: 

Taylor grew up in the greater Fresno Area and graduated from Buchanan High School in 2015. He enjoys hiking, off-roading in his Jeep, and spending time with his family. Taylor also has a passion for technology and biology and can often be found in his office at home learning new skills like audio production or exploring scientific concepts.
